User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/89.0.4389.114 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

If you go to a website, as an example https://www.mozilla.org/de/ and change the color and background in the Firefox settings to black and white.

Settings -> General -> Language and Apperance -> Colors -> background color to black(#000000) and text color to white(#FFFFFF)

Settings -> General -> Language and Apperance -> Colors -> Override the colors specified by the page with your selections above -> Always

Actual results:

The <button>s all have a gray background, no matter what you have set as a background color in your user settings.

Expected results:

The background of the <button> should change to the color I have set in the Firefox custom colors settings.

The reason for this is accessibility, because people change the color of the background and text for better visibility. But this causes problems if not all elements of the websites adhere to the users settings.

In the image(PageCustomColors.jpg) the button has a white close icon, but when the background doesn't change his color and stays gray, the icon is not really visible.

I stumbled upon this problem, by trying to conform to the european "Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services": https://www.etsi.org/deliver/etsi_en/301500_301599/301549/03.01.01_60/en_301549v030101p.pdf

Under "11.7 User preferences": "Where software is not designed to be isolated from its platform, and provides a user interface, that user interface shall
follow the values of the user preferences for platform settings for: units of measurement, colour, contrast, font type, font
size, and focus cursor except where they are overridden by the user.
......
NOTE 2: For web content, the underlying platform is the user agent.
