Details
Form feeds in a text/plain document are causing document to dissappear. Only
text between the two form feeds that contain the cursor show up. This is
especially obvious with pages like:
http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2396.txt
This should really be fixed by fixing bug 92250 (make form feeds synthesise into
elements that have 'page-break-before' set to 'always' or some such).

I can reliably reproduce on today's nightly on Windows 2000.
