At the above referenced page, we have a very huge block of text within a table,
followed by user submitted comments.  In other pages, example our main page
http://signalnine.com/, the border is around the table.  In the referenced page,
it seems to confuse the renderer and creates a border around the inverse of the
table.  Also occurs in [Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.1)
Gecko/20020930] the base where the renderer for Galeon is coming.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open up the page.
2. Look at the page.
3. Notice it's not right.

Actual Results:  
The border was around the inverse area of the table.

Expected Results:  
Expected the border to be around the table.
