I noticed what seems outdated information in the Bugzilla etiquette page.

The page encourages making reports through the Community hotline, however that tool has been discontinued and was substituted with an email alias (the employee hotline is still active).

If possible, I would suggest to substitute

To report incidents, use our online reporting tool."
