Details

I noticed that when I bring up an advanced search dialog that my view overlays
are getting loaded and initialized. The mail view overlays are dynamically
insserted into mailWindowOverlay.xul since I want it to show up in mail windows.
I noticed that the advanced search dialog also brings in mailWindowOverlay.xul
so it also picks up the mail view stuff even though it isn't used.

It's possible I'm hooking my overlay into the wrong place or we could look at
refactoring mailWindowOverlay.xul and making a 'lite' version that things such
as the advanced search dialog would bring in.
mass re-assign.
