Can't bring up AIM from AB entry
Build: Trunk 0930
Steps:
1. Create a new card in AB
2. Don't forget to type a screen name in Screen Name field before you OK out
3. Highlight the card and click on "Screen Name: xxxx"
4. It doesn't bring up AIM window
Seth said this was working in the trunk recently and now he sees the problem
too. reassigning to seth to investigate

this works for me on a mozilla build, but not a ns build.
let's move this to bugscape.
