What happens:

Many of the graphs don't appear.

Expected result:

All graphs appear.

That site using iframe with cross-site source "https://dpsmsp.maps.arcgis.com/apps/dashboards/32b0854d8a4f413f9fa6efd951fe8075".
And, in MapView.js, Navigator.getGamepads() is called and throw exception "Document's Permission Policy does not allow calling getGamepads() from this context."
So, probably dupe of Bug 1718221.
