When I installed the 1.2a version of Mozilla I found that the pull-down bookmark
menus on my personal toolbar didn't scroll and I had to use "Manage bookmarks"
to get what I wanted. I have now reinstalled version 1.1 !

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Peronal bookmark bar.
2.Scroll up or down by placing cursor on arrows.
3.

Actual Results:  
no scrolling!

Expected Results:  
scrolled through whole list of bookmarks gathered under one button.
