Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0

Steps to reproduce:

Load or Reload a page which is pretty large. While the page is loading quickly press arrow keys or POS1-Key or "END" Key

Actual results:

The tab moves within the tab bar

Expected results:

Nothing should happen.

When loading the page is finished, those keys navigate with the loaded page. So I see no reason, that during loading that behavior is different.

NOT reproducible with installation of unofficial (by wg9s) De SeaMonkey 2.53.9 beta 1 Mozilla/5.0 (NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0 Build 20210707210003 (Newly created User Profile, Default Classic Theme) on German WIN7 64bit and

No localization

Try it with a larger page like:
https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Technik/Werkstatt

Click somewhere into that window (so the focus is no longer in the url-line), then press Crtl-R to refresh and immediate after Ctrl-R press multiple times one of the arrow keys. There is some small time window during loading, when the tab moves in the tab bar. You may not be able to reproduce this every time you try.

And yes, I tried with a just created new profile which has no extensions, and no addons installed.
