Steps to reproduce:

Entered 2 Factor Authentication code.
Code is not accepted
Have not got recovery codes accepting either.
Using ESET 2 Factor Authentication App.

Locking out to all passwords that ask for signing in.

Actual results:

Codes produced are not recognised.
Keeps account locked.

Expected results:

Either email used for 2 Factor Authentication or mobile or
Password reset should be sent out to email.

Hi Ginger. We haven't had any other reports of 2FA codes failing. Are you able to record a screen session showing the process and errors you're encountering?

Another option is if you are logged in on another device you might be able to remove 2FA from there.

I used the Google Authenticator for the 2FA, and result is the same, no codes accepted.
I thought no problem, I had the long recovery key, I could change my password, and AFTER that, I tried to make another recovery key (because I used the previous off course), and the login page asks me again the 6 digit code. I clicked on the link on the right hand side (in hungarian it's "Nem tudja beírni a kódot?", maybe "You can't write the code in" or something in Eng) and the login page asks me some 10 digit recovery code.
So: is there a long recovery code, and a 10 digit also? Why? Why is it unable to accept the Google Autenticator code? Why is it this complicated? I need my saved passwords, I did everything I could, I did everything exactly just as the FF told me, I've saved my recovery key, but all of this seems to be useless. No support, no living person I can call, just some threads, and I, alone with my problem.
