Caldav Nextcloud calendar isn't shown (item.startdate is null)

Steps to reproduce:
- Create a "Birthday from contacts" - Calendar in Nextcloud
- Add it over caldav
Actual results:
When syncing the birthdays aren't shown in calendar view
error in console: item.startDate is null CalStorageCalendar.jsm:1847:7
Sometimes its shows up directly after adding. but then the reminder pops up and isn't closeable. Next time opening Thunderbird it's gone with error from above.
Expected results:
The birthdays should be visible as calender entries and the reminder should be closeable when activated.

On all other devices like android and apps it works fine. Also with the reminders...
All other calendars from Nextcloud are working also fine in thunderbird (in my case).
Would be cool, if someone from the Lightening Team could have a look on it.

Do you have a public sample?
The birthday calendar is only for personal use and shareable for public. :/ But I could setup a empty instance and make an account for you.

Yes. With Thunderbird 91 (to be released later today) the "Birthday test (1992)" shows up, not sure if there is supposed to be more - no problems show up.
Hm, crazy! Did you closed thunderbird and opened it agian? If I add the calendar its also visible for the first time, but then its gone. And thats now for years. 🤗 There was another bug with a type error, whuch was fixed, but now I have this one with the errormessage above. I'll check it later one again, for further details. But thanks for caring. 😊

Yes. Can you try again with Thunderbird 91?
The 91 Update isn't yet shown to me. I'm from now on a week not at home. I' ill try it then, when I'm back. But hat I can already say with 78: I added another contact with a birthday, which has been in the past into the Birthday calendar. Both are really shown in the calendar, so maybe there is something with my productivity data. But the reminderwindow isn't closeable also, and the reminder opens periodically. Also the "item.startDate is null "-error is shown in the console. Maybe you can check back, if you see this in 91 also. Everything further I'll report next week, ok? :)

91 is manual download for now. Update from within the UI will be enabled in 91.1 or 91.2.
