Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox, enable DevTools, select the Memory tab;
2. Click to open the [Tree Map] dropdown;

Expected result / Enhancement suggestion

• dropdown menu has updated styling;

Actual result

• button has default styling in both light/dark theme;

Regression range

• pretty sure it's not a regression, will poke the QA team for confirmation & other dependencies;

Additional notes

• attached screenshot to better identify the button and menu;
• set as enhancement, as I'm not sure if it was in scope for the re-style;
• feel free to update the flags upon further investigation.

This is not a regression. I can reproduce the issue on a build from 2016-04-04 when the "Tree Map" dropdown was implemented.
Before that the issue was reproducing with other dropdowns that were displayed.

The issue is reproducing on macOS 10.15 and Ubuntu 18.04 x64 on Firefox 91.0b4.
