There are cases when an alert summary contains only one alert, if that alert is reassigned to another summary then the summary to which that alert is reassigned would refresh in place, but the initial alert summary it's not hidden as it should. Only after refreshing the page this alert summary disappears.

Acceptance Criteria:
After reassigning an alert then both tables should be refreshed in place. If the table from which the alert was reassigned remains empty then it should be hidden.
