Details

"Open Web Location" Dialog Box Does Not Enable Menu Selection of "Cut, Copy, Paste or Delete" when there is no Browser window open. These menu options are dimmed; however, the keyboard shortcuts do work. When there is a Browser window open, the "Paste" menu option is available; however, the other options remain dimmed, even though there is text selected, you cannot Cut, Copy or Delete.
Mark, what build ID are you reporting this bug against?
Doing a Cmd-Shift-L or selecting "Open Web Location" from the File menu appears to disable all the top-level menu dropdowns, on 2002100108.
