Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.14; rv:88.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/88.0

Steps to reproduce:

Check System Preferences > Accessibility > Display > Increase contrast

Open Firefox

Open a video in Youtube, e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c_Giy_LHAlU and try to enable subtitles -- they don't show up

Quit Firefox

Uncheck System Preferences > Accessibility > Display > Increase contrast

Open the video again and try to enable subtitles -- they do show up.

Actual results:

Users have to disable high contrast mode and restart Firefox before subtitles will appear.

Expected results:

Users should be able to use high contrast mode and subtitles at the same time.
