1721564 - Firefox Nightly 92.0a1 (2021-07-20) on Wayland stopped responding when pasting text into the address bar or search boxes

Steps to reproduce:

I updated Firefox Nightly 92.0a1 (2021-07-20) to build 20210720215601 in a Fedora 34 KDE Plasma installation. I started Firefox Nightly 92.0a1 (2021-07-20) 20210720215601 on Wayland with WebRender compositing in Plasma 5.22.3 on Wayland. I started Konsole and copied text in Konsole. I pasted the text into the address bar in Firefox. On other FIrefox runs, I pasted the text into the search boxes on various pages such as the Search Bugs and Quick Search boxes on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org I did the same in GNOME 40.3 briefly.

Actual results:

Firefox Nightly 92.0a1 (2021-07-20) 20210720215601 on Wayland stopped responding when pasting text into the address bar or search boxes in Plasma. The title bar showed Firefox Nightly (Not Responding). Firefox's colours faded to gray. Firefox didn't start responding again in many tries so I had to close it each time. This problem also happened in GNOME 40.3 where a GNOME pop showed "Firefox" is not responding and gave an option to quit or wait. An error "Exiting with channel error" multiple times was shown in Konsole after quitting.

I didn't see this problem with 92.0a1 (2021-07-20) 20210720094604 or earlier. I ran
MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 mozregression --good 2021-07-19 --bad 20210720215601

The first bad revision 35d406f57982d5cf0a8d3f73421903d99c49ca8b looks like it had changes to clipboard data get and drag-and-drop on Wayland.
