[Steps to reproduce]

1. Launch the Firefox browser.
2. Reach the Prvacy and Security section from about:preferences
3. Click the Clear Data button from the Cookies and Site Data section.
4. Click the Clear button.

[Expected result]
The Clear all Cookies and Site data modal is according with the new Proton Design.

[Actual result]
The Clear All Cookies and Site data modal has the old UI.

Since we intend to remove this clearsite data dialog, and replace it with the new clear history dialog, this UI doesn't need to be changed anymore. The new clear history UI does not prompt the user with a modal.

Bug 1874702 - [meta] Revamp Clear Data Dialog - Nightly Only

The patch attached to this bug updates the SiteDataManager, which is also used by the manage site data dialog, which we will not update. I think it's worth keeping the bug for that.
