Note
- When the user loads a specific PDF file in Adobe Reader and Firefox, he will notice that the logo image displayed on the first page is also incorrectly displayed on the header of the other pages.
Affected versions
- Nightly v92.0a1

Preconditions
- Flip the "pdfjs.enableXfa" pref to true.
Steps to reproduce
- Launch browser.
- Load the attached PDF file.
- Go to the header of page 2.
Expected result
- Logo image not displayed.
Actual result
- Logo image displayed.
Regression range
- Not a regression, but an implementation flaw.
