172222 - Paste does not work in HTTP-proxy field

Version: 0.2 (Build 20021001)

I went to IE, opened by network config, select the name of the proxy server, 
right click - Copy.
Then I went to Phoenix, opened my preferences-....- right click inside the text 
field for "HTTP-Proxy", selected "Paste". I can see my CPU go to 100% for maybe 
half of a second, but the value is not pasted.

can you paste from ie into other fields in Mozilla (like the urlbar or the
comments textarea in this bug)?

Additional info: only the "mouse paste" does not work. The keyboard shortcut 
(Ctrl-V) works.

I can paste in almost all the fields (URL, other fields in other preferences), 
but I can not mouse-paste in any of the "Connection Tab" field.

confirmed. that field does not accept a context menu paste. This is windows and
linux

I can middle-button paste in Linux, but not context menu paste.
