Steps to reproduce:

Add a monthly custom repeating event for the 15th of every month

Actual results:

The calendar schedules events on the 15th even if its a Saturday or Sunday or holiday

Expected results:

I'm trying to track my dividend payments on my stocks.
The banks (and most companies) never work on the weekends or holidays.
If they are scheduled to pay you a dividend on the 15 and its a non-working day
some will pay you early and some will pay you late.
so you need a setting that says "before" or "after"
and another one that says "only on work days"
The software package called "Remind" does these properly as an example.
This logic would save me having to create 12 events every year instead of one event forever.
This logic would work for most reminders , appointments, etc. in our life.
alternately:
I would be happy if the custom repeat allowed me to pick the day each month that the event will happen for the next 12 months . the preview shows 3 months but I cannot change them. would need a 12 month preview and the ability to pick the day it happens each month. or just let me type in a list of months, days, years some how.
