172246 - Window locked after using About Phoenix dialog

After opening the About Phoenix dialog, and clicking on "Copyright and
contributor information", Phoenix opens a window that sits above the existing,
but isn't a "new" window. Minimising this window shows the old one with the
About Phoenix box still showing. Until the top window is closed, the About
Phoenix box is locked.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new window.
2. Click on About Phoenix, then "Copyright and contributor information".
3. Minimise the topmost window.

Actual Results:  
The original window is locked and can't be accessed until the topmost window is
closed.

Expected Results:  
The About Phoenix box should close and activate a "proper" new window with the
copyright & contrib info.
