I've read https://wiki.mozilla.org/Github, and need help with the following.

Hello,

I would like to transfer https://github.com/mozilla-services/iac-eval to https://github.com/mozilla/iac-eval so that I can test Github actions as part of ongoing Operations Standardization work. I do not have the access to make this change myself.

Alright, that's been transferred to https://github.com/mozilla/iac-eval --- looks like it kept its perms.

Updated the internal registries of private repos to reflect the new home.
