1722672 - Broken character encoding in Bugzilla emails (at least for Gmail)

Since today I see broken character encodings in Bugzilla emails that I arrive via Gmail. Also there is this strange table shown that was always a text type visualization before. Interestingly it doesn't seem to happen for all emails, but at least for those as caused by my own changes on Bugzilla. Attached you can find a screenshot.

Might be related or the same as bug 1722651. But in my case I don't have a special character in my name nor changed bugs to security ones.
