172274 - org.mozilla.navigator.plist is not created correctly by Nightly Builds.

If you remove the org.mozilla.navigator.plist file in ~/Libraray/Preferences,
and let one of the recent Nightly Builds (from 9-20-02 to now(Specifically
9-29-02), I haven't been able to try the others due to my 56K connection) 
create the org.mozilla.navigator.plist file, Chimera opens with huge aqua
borders around the browser window and a heavily pixelated Printer icon. 
Removing the org.mozilla.navigator.plist file and letting the official 0.5
release create the org.mozilla.navigator.plist file fixed this.  I could then
use the recent Nightly Builds with the correct look.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.remove the org.mozilla.navigator.plist file in ~/Library/Preferences
2.allow a Nightly Build from 9-20-02 (Specifically 9-29-02) to now (10-2-02) to
recreate the file.
3.launch Navigator.

Actual Results:  
Navigator opens with huge aqua borders around the browser window and a heavily
pixelated Printer icon.

Expected Results:  
The normal interface.

Some have had luck fixing this by resizing the window, quiting, and reopenning

Confirmed using Chimera/2002100104 on 10.1.5.
