When running Phoenix with Windowblinds skinning on the prefereces window is all
screwed up. There might be other problems with Windowblinds but this one stuck
out the most. I had no problems with Mozilla and Windowblinds.
What's screwed up about it? The only thing I see that doesn't look right is the
tabs in the Themes section.
This bug has been open for 3 weeks with no description of what "all screwed up"
means.

I just loaded WindowBlinds 3.41 (free trial version) and I don't see any issues
in Phoenix in any of the dozen themes I've applied. I've checked the Prefs
window, sidebar, and every other aspect of Phoenix I could think of. I'm using:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021021 Phoenix/0.3

My first suggestion would be CLOSED-INVALID as there is no indication (details,
screenshots) that this issue even occurs and is reproducable. If it exists,
this would still be a WindowBlinds issue and easily worked-around by excluding
phoenix.exe manually from skinning. Stardock (WindowBlinds manufacturer)
actually excludes netscp.exe and mozilla.exe by default, and that says something.

At the very least CLOSED-WORKS is apropriate with the two WFM comments and the
lack of any followup by the Reporter.
If a bug doesn't have sufficient information to be useful to developers then
Invalid is a reasonable resolution. If the reporter can provide that information
he can always reopen the bug.
