Changes to the selected Reader mode theme should propagate across existing reader mode tabs everywhere

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a couple of tabs and enter reader mode for each of them
  2. In one of those reader tabs, change the theme (between light and dark, for example)
  3. Switch to the other tabs

Actual results:

The other tabs still display the previously selected theme, whatever it was when they loaded. You have to exit reader mode and re-enter it, or set the theme again, for each tab.

This is particularly inconvenient when switching between daytime use and nighttime use. It will probably be an issue for add-ons like https://github.com/skhzhang/time-based-themes/issues/19 too (unless bug #1594828 is implemented, which might make that moot).

Expected results:

Sync/apply the theme choice across all active (non-discarded) reader tabs.
