User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:78.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/78.0
Steps to reproduce:
Go to amazon.com or amazon.de and select an arbitrary product page.
Actual results:
The page loads and look fine at the first glance, but in the status bar it shows "Transferring data from images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com" for mayve 7-8 seconds, then the yellow banner "A webpage is slowing down your computer. What would you like to do" appears.
Expected results:
Should load without problems :-) We use 78.12.0esr(64bit) on Linux since July 22nd but the problem with amazon just appeared 2-3 days ago. It shows up even in safe mode and with totally fresh profile without any settings changed.
The bug is still in 83.0 and has vanished in 84.0.2, so there has been some fix that should be backported to the esr channel.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Security: PSM' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Ok, during our continued extensive testing it turned out that it seems to be a problem caused by our network. Users from home office report no problems with the exact same config/profile. So this is likely sth. with our DNS. Sorry for bothering!
