This happened as part of landing https://lando.services.mozilla.com/D119955/, specifically on diffID 465175, seemingly because of https://github.com/rust-lang/cargo/issues/6008.

in a red error box at the top.

I should be able to re-push something like diffID 465175 if that would be useful.
