In bug 1721658 we're making it so the warning icon wraps above the header instead of disappearing. We need some !important
hackery to avoid this rule, and it'd be easier if we just changed the other error pages to behave the same way.

Unfortunately that's not the only rule that's causing this. This one is being applied as well: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/toolkit/themes/shared/in-content/info-pages.css#70

FWIW, it looks like we just stopped making the icons disappear, in bug 1699593, at least for some error pages. (e.g. for about:config, the icon used to disappear but now it doesn't anymore)
Unfortunately, instead of disappearing, the icon now overlaps the text. That's tracked in bug 1731618.
