I am using Mozilla 1.2a
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.2a) Gecko/20020910
Experiencing some problems with some of the drop-down buttons on Java
sites....seem to work intermittantly, not working now.
I'm not a programmer, just a user reporting a bug; so, guessing as to which Java
component.
Thanks,
John Vigran

Reassigning to OJI component.
John: thanks. Can you give us a couple URLs and steps to
reproduce the problem? We won't be able to analyze this
without an example.
Note: if you are new to Bugzilla, you can provide information
not by emailing, but by going to the URL for this bug. Then
add the info in the "Additional Comments" box and hit "Commit".
Thanks -

Reporter,
Please try with the latest nightly build or with Mozilla 1.2b. If this issue
still occurs, provide a url in this bug report.

Ok, a couple of thing about the money.net. I did contact someone at this site
regarding Macintosh Mozilla/NS based browsers and java support. Their response
was the following:
"Yes it can be used, however we recommend using Internet Explorer for our site,
Netscape has a few parameter issues that don't allow efficient use of our
product."
Also, from my testing, I did get several of the applets (Screamers, Market
Meter, and Sector Meter ) to load and display. The functionality of each applet
seemed to work using our MRJ plug-in, however I was getting various errors in
the Java console. See attachment.
Testing was done under 10.2.1 using the nightly OS X trunk build (2002-10-23-08).
John: Could you provide more specific information (in this bug) on which applet
your seeing this problem with ?

Mass-closing bugs in the "OJI" component: OJI plugin integration was replaced with npruntime long ago, and these bugs appear to be irrelevant now. If there is in fact a real bug that remains, please file it new in the "Core" product, component "Plug-ins".
