When you open the print preview in calendar, it will show chrome://calendar/content/printing-template.html at the top. The actual printout seems to use "Thunderbird" instead.

Aside from fixing URL display, I think we should consider disabling headers and footers by default, or put something more meaningful in them. When printing, I'm not sure how useful the current and total pages are for month and planner layouts. The date/time of the printout is also not always very helpful.

Would like to have this considered for 91 as polish.
