1724321 - Review telemetry alert email addresses

In bug 1724085 I removed my email from any applicable telemetry alerts in the tree. I noticed that there were other probes there that still listed email addresses for other GV team members who have since left.

I would suggest reviewing the existing probes and fixing those up. chutten told me that the telemetry team prefers that permanent probes always have a designated contact (as opposed to just a team email address).

Amedyne recommends we use the android-probes@ mailing list as the contact for Android telemetry probes.
