I am on MacOSX10.1 with JA locale
Steps to reproduce:
- open Messenger;
- select a file in the Inbox;
- go to File|Save|File (select a format);
- save the file as html for ex.
// double-click on the file to open it, nothing happen. In thr trunk build the
file will be open in the broser

this might've been fixed by ccarlen/sdagley's file picker checkins. will check
with today's build...

tested with 2002.10.24.07 mach-o [mozilla trunk]: i can save a message as a
file, but i cannot save a msg as a template.

will check the latter problem on the cfm/commercial build.

the saving file as template is also a problem on the commercial trunk (tested on
OS X and linux), so that's prolly not relevant to this bug, which is only for
mach-o.

resolving as wfm.
