User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:91.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/91.0
Steps to reproduce:
The tab bar in FF version 89 and up do not have any options to control size. The default has been made impractically bigger and options to reduce the vertical size, as well as to have unfocused tabs more visible, are now missing.
Expected results:
There should be options to controls the size, appearance, and presentation of the tab bar. The point of Firefox is customization, but customization options are missing/hidden/omitted.

Starting with Firefox version 89, the compact mode density option was removed from the Customize panel. If you are an advanced user, it's still possible to activate it in the Configuration Editor (about:config page).
You have the steps here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/compact-mode-workaround-firefox
Please let me know if that helps.
Thanks

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Layout' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

I'll set this to new so the engineering team could decide if they take in consideration changing this or not.
Thanks.
