1725121 - Drop leftover "Edit Menu" comment from messageWindow.xul and addressbook.xul

Both messageWindow.xul and addressbook.xul have an "<!-- Edit Menu -->" comment inside their broadcastersets, which used to precede broadcasters that applied to the Edit menu.

Those broadcasters are gone but the comments were not dropped: in messageWindow.xul, there is no broadcaster after the comment and in addressbook.xul it is followed by Communicator:WorkMode (which is for the File Menu and the status bar?).
