Our current telemetry notification_emails fields use a list of emails for individual contributors that is is not up to date. We should use the (new) screenshots-dev @ mozilla dot org alias, allowing individual contributors to subscribe and unsubscribe to these telemetry notifications as people move through the project.

My understanding is that we don't need any data-review for this patch. It just updates the notification email addresses - there's no new data or changes to the data we collect.
