Steps to reproduce:
After updating to 91 titlebar icons is broken on my Kubuntu 21.04 (+kubuntu-backports). I've also noticed difference in the menus, in the 91 they more looks like Gnome instead of plasma like was in 90.
Actual results:
Broken titlebar icons and changed menu look. See attached screenshot.
Expected results:
Firefox appearance should be like it was in the 90 version. See attached screenshot.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Gtk' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
