According to the GTK/GDK docs: https://docs.gtk.org/gdk3/method.Window.set_event_compression.html event compression is enabled by default and there is no need to manually remove motion events anymore as opposed to what's done here: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/3a8091d1c29473a0839ad7a5810028f41363fe2e/widget/gtk/nsWindow.cpp#3941-3957
