Intermittently, "Switch to tab" is shown incorrectly

I have this odd intermittent problem. Sometimes I will navigate to a page, then navigate away and browse elsewhere. Then, some time later, I will want to navigate back to that page. I'll type part of the title into the address bar in order to find it in the history and navigate back to it. But when I find the correct entry, it will have the "Switch to tab" badge next to it even though the page is not currently open in any tab. If I navigate to that entry and hit <enter>, the page does not navigate anywhere nor do I switch to another tab.
If I close the tab that had navigated to that page and open a new tab, I can find the entry in the address bar again and it will no longer have the "Switch to tab" badge, allowing me to navigate to it properly.
