I'm wondering if we should just keep a bug like this open, or if you guys want to give me any access to fix build changes. I do have a spare tinderbox, so maybe I'll add an Os/2 phoenix tinderbox :) Diff coming. Two tiny changes for now.

No PR_CALLBACK needed in downloadmanager We need a SHORT_LIBNAME for the toolkit
Also, could I get write permission to the FTP spots for nightly and releases? phoenix-0.2-os2.zip is in ftp/mkaply on mozilla.org and ready to go. Thanks
