User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:91.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/91.0
Steps to reproduce:
Enter the key Köbe in the quick filter field of the Sent folder entry that combines the sent e-mails of 4 e-mail accounts or directly in the quick filter field of an individual sent e-mails list. The 4 selections sender, recipients, subject and body were all active.
Actual results:
No results.
Expected results:
An account contains the word/name in 5 e-mails, another account in 6 e-mails in the sent folders

Please supply the message that allegedly contains "Köbe" and is not found via QF in the body(?).

Thanks. We need the original message, so please forward it as attachment. Looking at the screenshot again, you're using QF on a unified Sent folder. Looks like that's the problem. Can you find it when searching the individual Sent folders? There are many problems around unified folders, maybe searching is one of them.
Sent by e-mail.
They are also not found in the individual Sent folders.

The word "Köbe" is in the message (as K=C3=B6be, that's UTF-8 with CTE: QP) and the QF finds it in the body. Most likely your MSF got corrupted. To fix that, repair the folder: Right-click, Properties, Repair Folder. Do it for the single folder first, then try your luck on the unified folder. That might need repairing, too.
