Details 
When a page uses units like inches, centimeters in lenght based CSS properties,
Print Preview does not scale those values

See the attachment with many testcases

No, they sure don't. attachment 101707 [details], if you scale it down, to say, 30%, still
has the short tabs extend off the end of the page.
