172606 - [Mach] plain text mail is rendered

This problem only seems to occur with mail that I receive from the gnu.org
autoconf mailing list.  This is not html mail but the mailnews window attempts
to render it.  Not only that, but it renders it improperly.  In the carbon cfm
build, it was showing a slideshow of the html tags in what looked like a
quicktime plugin window.  Atm, that build just crashes when it tries to render
one of those messages.  In the mach-o build, it's just rendering the entire
message body in a gray window.  For both builds, I have the patches from bug
155256 & bug 131306 applied if that makes a difference.

I was using a local build but I can verify the problem with today's nightly
build, 2002100703.

I can read mail from the autoconf list again.  I assume that the patch from
172808 fixed it.
