Originally reported as a WebCompat bug, the shop page ekwb.com occasionally jumps up uncontrollably when trying to scroll down or after scrolling down. Disabling scroll anchoring fixed this instance for me.

FWIW, I'm not seeing any jumpiness with that site on macOS, including when using Responsive Design Mode to get a mobile layout. I guess this may be specific to GeckoView.
