Because some tasks which run the mochitests which get skipped on macOS 11 saw tests passing permanently which resulted in the task as having failed, I wanted to set the tests as passing to remove this permanent 'failure'. The Try push saw some of these tests failing when they don't get skipped. Other tests continued to pass - let's enable them.
