The previous update was to revision 5326af6 in bug 1723247. There are various smaller ones, but the major changes in this update are:

• Add "missing-pixi-permitted" feature to provide more flexibility on the gecko side. See bug 1725022.
• Communicate more detail about what specifically is unsupported across FFI for adding telemetry to track prevalence of AVIF with unsupported features. See bug 1696045.
