The background of this page is a 1x3700 bitmap.

when you scroll the page, the background bitmap is not painted correctly.

It just paints black.

This isn't a table problem. The background is wrong starting at the viewport
height. On my viewport height, the bad background even cut paragraph text in
half. Don, please consult with Kevin.

I don't see the problem.. I looked on navigator 4.7 and Mozilla, they both look
and act the same.

Withthe latest build (1999121508), I'm not seeing this problem either.
