Steps to reproduce:

I opened Check Spelling dialog.

  1. File/New/Message
  2. File/Save
  3. Close message window
  4. Open message draft
  5. Options/Check Spelling…

Events (attached) provides not useful information.

Actual results:

Thunderbird got freezed.

Expected results:

No freeze happened.

Expect to have this fixed later next week. Until then, a workaround is disable spellcheck on send.
