Steps to reproduce:

I can not reproduce. Browser on a remote machine i log into is stuck in white background with black box outlining most page elements. Browser on local machine is normal.

Actual results:

Pages are rendered without background color and black outline around elements.

Expected results:

Pages should render correctly

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Graphics' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Firefox was stuck in High Contrast theme override. I changed theme several times but this did not fix it.
I was forced to set override to "NEVER" in Preferences / General / Colours

Assuming this report is about macOS, since I haven't seen similar reports for other platforms.
