Details
(Whiteboard: [win:sizing])
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:91.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/91.0
Steps to reproduce:
Running Firefox on Windows10 in a Remote Desktop Session with a higher resolution then the actual machine display has.
Actual results:
If I run Firefox later on that machine directly, the FF-Window is to big and there is no menus. You have to grab the side of the window and manually shrink it to use Firefox again.
Expected results:
Firefox should check at startup the actual monitor resolution and reduce its windows size accordingly like all other tested browsers do.

I got reports about a similar variant if high res monitors are disconnected. Together with the dupes, I'm increasing the severity.
